Who manages the data
Ioana Nagy manages messages you choose to send by email or WhatsApp. For questions about your data, email hello@ioananagy.eu. This notice covers the website and initial contact, not professional records.
Contact channels
The email button opens your email application and the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp. The site does not collect or store your message in a contact form. Your message is processed in the service you choose and by Ioana to respond to your request.
Where data goes
Your email provider or WhatsApp may process technical data and message content under their own terms. The hosting provider may process technical data, including IP addresses, to operate and secure the site.
Optional analytics
Only with your permission, we send Umami the public page path without parameters, language, approximate device category, approved campaign labels, referring domain and contact events. Umami also receives connection data, including IP address and browser information. We do not send names, emails, forms, patient identifiers or clinical history. We do not use session replay, advertising profiles or analytics cookies. Declining does not affect contact. Do Not Track disables analytics.
Your browser preference
The localStorage key ioana-consent-v1 stores your choice, version and date for up to 180 days. This storage is needed to respect your preference. Decline or withdraw permission through Privacy preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops future events; it does not automatically erase data already processed. Clearing browser storage prompts you again. The YouTube player loads only when you press play, independently of analytics permission. YouTube then receives technical connection data. You can close the player below the video.
Retention and your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion and, where applicable, restriction, objection or portability by email. You can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP. Aggregated analytics follow the retention period of the Umami plan.
Providers and transfers
WhatsApp and Umami may use infrastructure or subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. Their data protection documents linked below describe applicable terms and transfer mechanisms.
